Bill Haney Regrets Saying He’s Sending His Son to Kill Ryan Garcia (Flashback)

Bill Haney sat down with VladTV not long after his son Devin Haney’s loss to Ryan Garcia. While speaking about the build-up to the fight, Bill regretted saying he was sending Devin to “kill” Ryan Garcia. He explained that the comment was made to promote the fight but acknowledged he probably went too far. Bill Haney also criticized Garcia’s failure to make weight but still took Devin’s loss in stride before hinting at a possible rematch. Ryan Garcia was recently suspended for one year after testing positive for PEDs.
