Ukrainian ‘Looters’ Tied to Poles by Soldiers #shorts

Photographer Ron Haviv has had unprecedented access to all aspects of the recent Ukraine war. He talks to VICE World News about one of the images he took while in the country. The example shown of one looter tied to a pole was not a unique case. The same thing was done to many looters deemed as “perpetrators” as a way to humiliate them.
