Russian Mercenaries Are Allegedly Raping and Murdering Central African Civilians

Private military contractors with the shadowy, Kremlin-backed Wagner group, are in the Central African Republic to strengthen the military in its fight against rebel groups. But Central Africans told VICE News that Russian soldiers are raping, murdering, and torturing civilians.
