Jam & Lewis – Hulu’s “Unprisoned” (The Big Score)

Grammy-winning songwriters, musicians, producers and composers Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis ventured into new territory, composing their first ever score for the hit television show, UnPrisoned. The Onyx Collective series takes place in Minneapolis, and Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis leaned into the four seasons of their native Minneapolis, and correlated the mood and stories reflected in the show. The legendary Jam & Lewis discuss their growing pains in the studio in writing their first score for television, as well as taking three notes, and adapting those notes to embody the show’s characters.
