US pushing allies to tighten China chip restrictions | REUTERS

The US is pushing Japan and the Netherlands to further restrict chipmaking equipment to China, a Reuters source said. US export policy chief Alan Estevez is reportedly headed for Japan, where he’ll press policymakers to tighten export controls.
