Voters in North Carolina had a hard choice this election– vote to backup Republicans who crafted a bathroom bill many of them liked, or try and put an end to economic problems caused by the law by voting for Democrats they didn’t really want. They chose the latter option. But now the Democrats have the hard choice. The bathroom bill still can’t be repealed. So do they support progressive calls for an economic boycott or oppose them so they can try and get some more political capital?
