Markets are pricing in essentially no chance of a rate cut at the Fed’s next meeting and only even odds on that cut coming in September—but new projections from Fed officials on Wednesday should give them more clues. Economist Odeta Kushi of First American tells Reuters how the ‘dot plot’ is likely to show fewer cuts than before, and some committee members may no longer see rates coming down this year at all.
