Hundreds of Migrants Are Turning Up in the Florida Keys

Hundreds of Cuban migrants have been landing on the Florida shores by boat. These rafters are part of the largest mass exodus from the Island since Fidel Castro’s Revolution, a sign of Cuba’s deteriorating state. Although Cubans have historically received preferential treatment in the American immigration system, President Biden’s new immigration rules threaten their chances to seek asylum in the U.S.
