ET’s learned Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are ‘quietly’ trying to sell their $60.8 million Beverly Hills home amid rumors the couple’s marriage is on the rocks. TMZ was first to report the news that the pair was putting their 46,000 sq. ft. house on the market just over a year after purchasing it.
