Comedian Gary Owen responded to fellow comedian Katt Williams’ claims about him and the industry. Owen said he has never compromised himself or got involved with the Illuminati, as Katt stated. He singled out one claim made by Williams as entirely false – that Williams was working with Nick Cannon when Cannon was just 14. Owen, a friend and colleague of Cannon’s, remembered him being in a rap group at 14, but nobody knew him at that point. He insisted that the notion of Williams and Cannon working together when Cannon was of such a tender age was simply inaccurate. Owen also shared a memory of Magic Johnson’s interest in him as a potential sidekick for his talk show during the interview.
